Niko is a lifelong student and master of health and wellness. Shortly after his 16th birthday both his father and MMA Coach committed suicide. This brought on feelings of anxiety, depression, schizofrenia, bipolar disorder, and ear and throat issues. He discovered and became fascinated with Qigong at the age of 17 from a neighbor, massage therapist and close friend of his mother.

5 Years later while teaching kickboxing and MMA, he was introduced through a mysterious military veteran to Tai Chi masters' Dr. Lu and Master Yang. Going to practice Tai Chi 3 hours every morning he soon also added a Yoga class just after leading to 200 and 300 hr courses of Yoga Therapy with Katie Allen and Allison Prince. Niko studied Qigong at home every night online with Master Mantak Chia, where he discovered the magic of combining Qigong Breathing, Acupressure, Reiki, Yoga, and Chi Nei Tsang to soothe emotions and find healing.

He is inspired by Li Ching-Yuen, a man who had lived to be 256 years old. A Taoist Immortal, this man was a Qigong Master and Herbalist traveling the mountains of China/Nepal. Fascinated by this story, Niko soon realized great power by changing not only the health, body, and brain through peaceful massage and meditation, but also shifting the belief, the emotions, and outlook to realign the lives of all those who know and practice these arts.

12 years later, Niko is now certified by Master Mantak Chia in Chi Nei Tsang 1 & 2, combining Reiki, Cosmic Healing, Qigong, Tai-Chi, and Yoga to create peace in the body and breath. Transforming sick energy to positive, obtaining health, and a new life thereafter.
